BEAUTY PROJECT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Beauty Project Coordinator to help take our beauty brands to the next level and create products our community will love. YOUR ROLE
As our Beauty Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the product development of our in-house beauty brands. From innovative formulations to strategic supplier partnerships, you will bring exciting new products to life, working at speed while keeping quality and creativity at the core.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for our in-house beauty brands;
  • Ensure all products align with brand identity, positioning and customer needs;
  • Manage multiple critical paths and quality control across projects;
  • Support the creation of go-to-market strategies for new product launches;
  • Track key project milestones and communicate updates to internal and external partners;
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress to ensure timely completion;
  • Maintain and update project plans, reporting issues and risks proactively;
  • Support the ordering and tracking of production orders;
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers and manufacturers;
  • Drive innovation and explore all possibilities to get the best results from suppliers;
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency;

  • Understand and monitor customers’ supply chain planning requirements;

What We’re Looking For
  • Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field;
  • 3–5 years’ experience in project/account management, product development or similar roles, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or FMCG;
  • Passion for beauty, product innovation and brand-building;
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects including data, file management and reporting;
  • Enthusiasm for international assignments and cross-border collaboration;
  • Clear and effective communication skills in both oral and written English (Spanish is a plus);
  • Solution-oriented with a hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude;
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills;

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and strategic E-commerce Manager to take our global growth to the next level. In this role, you will implement high-impact D2C platforms in close collaboration with our strategic industry tech partner, accelerating our international expansion.

YOUR ROLE
As our E-commerce Manager, you will own the D2C channels and drive the global expansion of our in-house beauty brands. Working closely with our strategic partner, a leading industry tech powerhouse, you will be responsible for implementing and managing enterprise-grade E-commerce platforms with solutions in fulfilment, E-commerce management, data and marketing to accelerate and scale internationally at speed.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in E-commerce KPIs, acquisition, customer retention and subscription-based businesses. You’re a data-driven strategist who can also execute quickly and creatively, bringing both analytical skills and entrepreneurial energy to the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global E-commerce strategy for our portfolio of beauty and wellness brands;
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow D2C revenue, including acquisition, retention and subscription growth;
  • Build content strategy for campaigns and seasonal pushes in collaboration with our Studio team;
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, product launches and storytelling across the E-commerce experience;
  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to track and improve E-commerce and marketing effectiveness;
  • Analyze data, market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities;
  • Deliver sales targets and develop growth plans for each brand and market;
  • Optimize subscription program performance and lifetime value (LTV) growth;
  • Leverage CRM, loyalty and personalization tools to create seamless customer journeys and boost repeat purchases;
  • Own E-commerce analytics including traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription metrics and retention;
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets, promotions and revenue forecasting;
  • Partner with Operations to forecast plan and manage D2C inventory.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of E-commerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in D2C consumer brands (beauty, wellness or lifestyle is a plus);
  • Proven track record in traffic and revenue growth across paid and organic channels;
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving;
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses is highly desirable;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills;

SALES MANAGER SPAIN

Location: Spain (remote with travel within Spain)

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead the business in Spain. This person will oversee our partnerships in Spain, launch new brands, open new retail channels and build a local field team to drive visibility and performance on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
  • Manage and grow the existing partnerships in Spain;
  • Lead sales negotiations, product listings, promotional planning and business reviews;
  • Ensure strong in-store performance and visibility through strategic account management. 
Market Expansion & Brand Launches:
  • Introduce and establish the three new brands: GRŪV, NOU. and Sympsia in Spain;
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with perfumery chains, department stores and specialty retailers;
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth across the full brand portfolio.
Team Development & Field Execution:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of field brand ambassadors and store visitors;
  • Ensure your team is regularly visiting key doors, supporting store staff, auditing merchandising and reporting insights;
  • Use this team as your “ears and eyes” in the market to track performance, collect competitor feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Trade Marketing & Local Activations:
  • Develop and execute localized marketing calendars and activation plans in collaboration with HQ;
  • Coordinate in-store events, launches and seasonal campaigns with retail partners;
  • Measure the impact of local marketing efforts and optimize based on results.
Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Provide regular reporting on sell-in, sell-out, market trends and promotional effectiveness;
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in beauty or FMCG;
  • Proven experience managing national retailers in Spain (experience with Druni is a plus);
  • A strong network in the Spanish beauty retail landscape;

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth execution of the order-to-cash process and marketing implementation with B2B customers;
  • Drive operational excellence for key accounts and seek solutions for complex business situations;
  • Meet/exceed account expectations with On Time In Full (OTIF) performance;
  • Maintain sell-through data for all regions and accounts;
  • Support international sales and retail teams with marketing requests and ongoing initiatives;
