SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER SPECIALIST

YOU HAVE
  • A strong passion for beauty, fashion and trends.
  • As a Social Media & Influencer specialist you have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You contain 5+ years of experience in similar roles, e.g., for A-brands and/or in an advisory capacity at agencies.
  • Brand marketing and brand campaign experience are plus.
  • You write briefs creatives get excited about: delivering meaningful and highly relevant creative content.
  • You contain Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn knowledge, including their specific KPIs.
  • You are analytically strong and a creative writer.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit who loves to strategize, but gets just as energized by getting things done.
  • You have a keen eye for social trends and want to be part of all relevant social conversations.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs and familiarity with publishing posts.

  • Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, problem solving, influencing, organizational, prioritization skills.

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

YOUR ROLE
  • Understand and implement brand’s global sense of purpose and distinctive positioning in the market.
  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all channels.
  • Create and coordinate marketing campaigns that include print, instore and online content.
  • Prepare and update all marketing calendars to ensure consistency with brand’s strategic direction.
  • Assist international sales and retail teams with marketing requests and ongoing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance of new and existing product lines to develop viable action plans for improvements.
  • Recommend creative marketing strategies for brand and product lines.
  • Plan and monitor all promotional activities in alignment with marketing calendar.
  • Work with local marketing teams to ensure that stores/counter visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines at all times.
  • Plan and manage all special event initiatives of the brand.
 
YOU
  • A strong passion for beauty, fashion and trends.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Native understanding of marketing principles, consumer insights and able to produce clear and exciting solutions.
  • Creative and incisive writing ability, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in producing photoshoots (campaign, look book, E-com).
  • Experience working on B2C as well as B2B marketing: social media, CRM, events, retail & trade.
  • Experience in content management, creative writing, advertising and media concepts.
  • Experience with managing and planning of creatives.
  • Solid organizational and planning skills and detail oriented. Traffic background is a plus.
  • Strong Project Management skills, ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities flexibly while maintaining a positive work attitude. Able to work on multiple projects at the same time and perfectly capable of working under pressure.
  • A global mindset, able to work well across creative teams and always open for new experiences and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, problem solving, influencing, organizational, prioritization skills.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills both written and oral.

MANAGER B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE MARKETING & SALES

YOUR ROLE
  • The Manager Customer Service ensures a smooth execution of the order to cash process and marketing implementation with our B2B customers.
  • Always seeking for constructive solutions for complex business situations and strive for operational excellence for our key accounts.
  • Knowledge export requirements and documentation.
  • Meet/exceed accounts expectations (On Time In Full)
  • Maintain sell through data for all regions.
  • Assist international sales and retail teams with marketing requests and ongoing initiatives.
  • Maintenance of all marketing and activation calendars to ensure consistency with brand’s strategic direction.
  • You will assist and coordinate daily marketing activities to ensure overall brand and marketing objectives are achieved.
  • Analysis of market developments – existing product lines - latest trends and competitor launches
  • Participate in monthly Sales and Operations execution cycle.
  • Successful onboarding new accounts, introductions, promotions and peak events.
  • People management.
 
YOU
  • A strong passion for beauty, fashion and trends.
  • Experience with customer service, marketing execution and order management within FMCG organization.
  • You have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM & Master Data Management systems.
  • Advanced MS office skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS.
  • You have strong operational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Native understanding of marketing principles, consumer insights and able to contribute clear and exciting solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, problem solving, influencing, organizational, prioritization skills.
  • Analytical, self starter, persuasive and service minded.
  • Strong leadership, communication & influencing skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • HBO (Business Administration or Marketing & Sales).
